What I learned from talking to retired people that you should know now.
By Lenka Grackova
On-Line: 10 February 2021
If you want to ask some fundamental questions about your life, this workshop will help you to take a step back and learn from the insights Lenka gathered while coaching and interviewing people in retirement.
Transitioning from a "hectic" professional life to a differently paced life is a big life transition. You lose your professional daily routine, your colleagues, professional activities you enjoyed, but you also lose the stress and the external pressure. Nevertheless, you still want to live your life fully and have a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. So coming into the 3rd phase of your life can trigger a lot of questions and realizations.
When talking to retired people, Lenka found a lot of wisdom and inspiration for her own life. And this wisdom and inspiration are worth spreading.
In the workshop, you will explore the following topics:
- Learn why the life priorities of retired people are relevant to your
life now.
- Discover what a rich life is and how you can live it.
- Find out why freedom to do anything can lead to doing nothing - and how to ensure this doesn't happen to you.
If you want to ask yourself some fundamental, existential questions about your own life, if you want to take a step back, pause and think about how you want to live your life, this is the right workshop for you.
