Workshop: Zen and the Art of Happiness

By Andy Whittle

Brussels: 9 November 2016

We all live in a world that is increasingly stressful. Instead of the promised Utopia, we have less free time, less spendable income, less secure contracts, more tempting consumables, more technology than we can handle, more distractions, more choices, more division with less humanity and a distinct lack of hope for some of us. What we could all do with is a touch more Zen and a spark of Happiness in our lives.

The aim, therefore, of this workshop is to show you a path to Zen and Happiness, maybe only a few fleeting moments among the stresses and strains of our daily lives, but Zen and Happiness nonetheless. This may help you survive the struggles we all go through and can even make a difference to the lives of those around you.

This is an experimental workshop, never before delivered in front of a human audience. Andy claims that his cats do however seem to be a lot happier than they were previously.
