Workshop: Self-Worth Through Playfulness

All the different voices in our heads, judging ourselves harshly, often keep us from connecting who we truly are and keep us from flourishing and living the life we are meant to live. From early on in life, we have been conditioned to be self-critical and self-judging -- not without the dire consequences of not feeling good enough at times.

This workshop is designed to take a step back and allow us to realize how unique and how loveable we are -- regardless of what we often tell ourselves about ourselves.

During the session you will:

• Discover the distinction between self-esteem and self-worth.
• Learn why this is important.
• Experience self-worth in your body through playful exercises and to accept yourself wholeheartedly.

To make this a truly fun and co-creative experience, please bring hats and scarves and any other funky pieces of clothing that we can share to dress up the way we feel the most uplifted.

About Anita

Anita Sheehan is a Life and Executive Coach who uses predominantly strengths-based and appreciative approaches. She increasingly specializes in Self-Worth and Purpose coaching. Her own experience has shown her that embracing oneself unconditionally and having clarity in one’s own purpose for existing, unleashes one’s limitless potential and boundless energy and joy in life. Anita is German by origin and came to Brussels 15 years ago via the US (and a few other countries).
