Transformational
Change and the Pippi Longstockings Principle
By Lars Sudmann
Brussels: 13 April 2016
Sometimes there are areas where it seems impossible to change, and sometimes it just “clicks" and change happens almost instantly. In this session we will dive into the heart of change, especially on personal change and will explore what are the factors behind these click moments. The focus of our exploration will be the foundational core beliefs and internal dialogues that we all have.
Drawing on years of experience as a change leader on an organisational, team, and personal level, Lars will work with you to explore your own “click moments", and especially on how to work with the Pippi Longstockings principle.
