Lars SudmannTransformational Change and the Pippi Longstockings Principle

By Lars Sudmann

Brussels: 13 April 2016

Sometimes there are areas where it seems impossible to change, and sometimes it just “clicks" and change happens almost instantly. In this session we will dive into the heart of change, especially on personal change and will explore what are the factors behind these click moments. The focus of our exploration will be the foundational core beliefs and internal dialogues that we all have.

Drawing on years of experience as a change leader on an organisational, team, and personal level, Lars will work with you to explore your own “click moments", and especially on how to work with the Pippi Longstockings principle.

About Lars

Lars Sudmann is the principal of Sudmann & Company, a change management consulting network. He is a consultant, speaker and executive coach with more than 10 years experience as a business leader, including as CFO Belgium of Procter & Gamble. Lars has been a manager of people of 25 different nationalities and has implemented major change initiatives. He is frequently invited to speak at major conferences and organizations such as TEDx, the ProjectZone Congress and many more. His personal click moments include losing 40 kg of weight and stopping smoking and going from 50 cigarettes per day to 0 in one evening.
