You, your family and friends are warmly welcome to join us on Saturday, 1 August at 17h00 for the annual:

Imagination Club Summer Barbecue!

Come join us for good food, good drink and good company at the annual Imagination Club Summer Barbecue in Erps-Kwerps. It's a great time to have a drink, enjoy some great food and get to know your fellow Imagination Clubbers better.

The concept is simple: Andy and I (Jeffrey) will provide some basic meat and veggie food for the BBQ as well as some drinks. You are asked to bring some food (ideally a specialty from your country) and/or drink to share. Salads, desert and things to throw on the fire are all good.

Friends, family, sweethearts and children are all very welcome. However, do please note that the summer BBQ is restricted to Imagination Club members (in other words you must have come to at least one Imagination Club activity and/or be on our mailing list) and their guests. Non-member gate-crashers will be shot and composted.

The BBQ will be held in the village of Erps-Kwerps, about 18km from central Brussels and 12km from Leuven. Please reply to your invitation email or contact us for the address and directions.

If you'd like a ride to the barbecue, but do not have a car, let us know and we will try and set you up with someone who has a car, or is willing to steal one. If you are driving and have room in your car for additional passengers, please also let us know and we will very likely provide you with lovely passengers.

Alternatively, there are regular trains from Brussels stations to Erps-Kwerps. If you take the train let us know and someone will meet you at the station.

Notes:

  1.  Come even if it is raining. We'll simply have fun inside.
  2. I am on Holiday this week and may be slow to reply to your email. But I will reply!

An address and map will be emailed to you in response to your mail or message confirming that you are coming.

Erps-Kwerps is a short drive from Brussels. It is can also be reached by train (local train to Leuven) and 352 and 652 busses.

Alternatively, if you need a drive or are willing to drive people to Erps-Kwerps, please let us know and we will try to co-ordinate.

How much?

 Gratis! But please bring food (ideally a specialty from your country) and/or drink.
