The Serious Waffle Sessions

The Imagination Club's Serious Waffle Sessions are a new and, we believe, exciting addition to our activities.

What is a Serious Waffle Session?

In an Imagination Club Serious Waffle Session, three expert speakers each have 15 minutes to teach you something (and ideally three things) new about the evening's theme. Their talks promise to be lively, informative and fun. Speakers range from international keynote speakers to enthusiasts, but each is excited about her or his subject and is determined to enlighten you.

In keeping with the Imagination Club's mission of encouraging you to try out new things, we encourage our speakers to use the sessions to try out new ways of presenting, speaking and interacting with the audience.

Friendly Drink and Snack and Meet Cool People

Every session will start with a drink and a snack and an opportunity to meet cool people like yourself (we don't like the word 'networking' - but it will be a lot like networking, but more fun and without the pressure to network). After the talks you can have another drink, snack and chat.
