Workshop: What Happens When You Listen?

Holding another person as a legitimate other can make relationships better, deeper, much more fulfilling, more honest, and more authentic.

Through explanations and individual exercises Dominique will help you to:

• Find out what are your types and levels of listening
• Shed light on how who you are (history, culture, family, society) is affecting your listening.
• Take stock of how your concerns shape your listening
• Become a different and more powerful observer of your own listening, and that of others.

About Dominique Byron

Dominique’s job for 11 years has been to organize and guide large groups of visitors and give short, guided tours. A key element of her work is listening for the vibe of the group. She needs to pick up on and work with the group dynamic to provide the best most tailored experience possible, whilst maintaining control and ensuring rules are respected. She has recently started a Certified Ontological Coaching & Leadership Program coaching course, with the Newfield Institute.
