Workshop: The power of diversity for climate innovation and mitigation
Brussels: 11 May 2022
Climate change will be one of the most difficult challenges that leaders will face in this century. To be successful, they will need diversity of voice and opinions to produce breakthrough solutions. Are you up to the challenge? Do you include diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in your decision-making process?
In this workshop you will understand:
- Why answering to climate change challenges means working with the three pillars: planet, people and profit.
- What unconscious biases are and how can you fight them.
- What the difference between diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging is.
- How diversity helps to reduce the CO2 emissions of your organisation.
To conclude: How can you make sure that you allow diverse and emerging voices to be raised, listened to and considered in your organisation?
