During our 90 minutes together, we will delve into the nuances of receiving, combining practical insights with a fresh perspective, one that can offer you guidance towards a richer understanding of the art of receiving gracefully.

In Alessandra's workshop, you can expect to unravel the depth of the matter by learning and experiencing:

• How modern Western cultural conditioning sometimes limits our capacity of receiving.
  
• The foundational elements of mastering the Art of Receiving and unlocking its Power.
  
• Simple practices and exercises to awaken and cultivate Receiving inside and around us.
