Do you find yourself replaying conversations in the shower? Do you come up with the right thing to say, just never in the moment?

You are not alone. Communication is the thread that weaves our lives together. When we don't have the words to express ourselves, frustration follows.

But how we communicate is not something we are born with. It is something we learn. It is a skill, one that shapes every part of our lives: our friendships, our work, our relationships, our sense of belonging. And like any skill, it can be learned, practiced, and strengthened.

About Vita Bogdanic and Nera Markulin

Vita Bogdanic and Nera Markulin are both psychologists, facilitators, and psychotherapists in training, specializing in cognitive-behavioural therapy, including acceptance and commitment, and compassion-focused practices. Through their professional work with both large corporations and individual clients, they have seen firsthand how much effective communication shapes outcomes. Both have lived in several countries and speak multiple languages. In addition to their professional experience, building a life in unfamiliar places has given them a deep, personal understanding of what it takes to truly connect and be understood.
