By Andy Whittle
Brussels: 10 May 2023
Do you ever feel like a fraud, despite your achievements? Are you held back in life by not believing in yourself? Do you struggle with negative self-talk and a lack of confidence? If so, you may be experiencing Imposter Syndrome.
This workshop is designed to help you recognise and overcome Imposter Syndrome, by building self-awareness and confidence, so you can move forward with your head held high.
In this workshop, Andy will help you to:
- Recognise the signs of Imposter Syndrome.
- Understand how it affects you.
- Challenge negative self-talk and beliefs that contribute to Imposter Syndrome.
- Identify your strengths and acknowledge your accomplishments.
By challenging negative self-talk and practicing self-compassion, you can build resilience against Imposter Syndrome and cultivate a more positive and confident mindset.
