Workshop: Learn How Neuroplasticity Can Change Unwanted Habits

By Nina Noorali

Brussels: 26 April 2023

Have you ever tried to change a certain habit or behavior and then, with a certain trigger or situation, you fall back to the old ways? If so, you are not alone. Most people experience this. Our brains have been wired a certain way for so many years that it becomes very difficult to change these automatic reflexes.

Nina’s curiosity about and research into mind management led her to challenge her habits already as a teenager. She had great fun learning and practicing neuroplasticity before she even knew the term existed. For example, the moment brushing her teeth in the dark became normal, she would switch hands so her brain had to adapt again!

The result is that today, she’s able to easily adapt to different situations, implement new life-supporting habits and coach those who want a real change in their lives.

During this workshop, Nina will share with you what she has learned in her research into neuroplasticity. In particular, she will:
