Workshop: Menopause at Work
By Nina Noorali
Brussels: 12 March 2025
As International Women’s Day approaches on March 8th, organizations are seeking impactful ways to enhance women's well-being at work. Menopause and midlife wellness, often overlooked, can leave many women feeling isolated. By addressing these issues and providing dedicated support, we can significantly improve individual health and create a more inclusive, high-performing workplace. This training aims to empower participants with knowledge and resources to foster understanding for men and support for women experiencing menopause, ultimately benefiting the entire organization.
During this workshop, Nina will share with you:
- Busting the myths around menopause.
- Understanding (peri)menopause and its effects.
- Sharing some practical strategies for managing symptoms.
- Looking at the impact at work and support.
Leaving you with a deeper understanding on this delicate yet important phase in a woman's life.
