Workshop: Life 2.0: Mastering Your Midlife Crisis with Confidence
By Andy Whittle
Brussels: 9 October 2024
What is a Mid-Life Crisis?
A mid-life crisis refers to a period of emotional, psychological, and sometimes physical upheaval that many people experience in their 40s, 50s, or beyond. It’s often triggered by the realisation that life is more than halfway over, leading to deep reflections on personal identity, life achievements, and the future.
Are you feeling the weight of mid-life transitions? Whether it’s career shifts, changing family dynamics, or grappling with the physical and emotional changes that come with ageing, mid-life can be challenging—but it can also be transformative.
Join us for a dynamic and supportive workshop designed for both men and women in their 30s to 60s or beyond, where Andy will explore the emotional, physical, and mental shifts of mid-life and provide practical tools for navigating this phase with confidence. He may even bust a few myths along the way.
Through engaging discussions, group activities, and personal reflection, you’ll discover new ways to thrive, redefine your goals, and embrace the next chapter of your life.
In this workshop, you will:
- Gain insights into the different mid-life experiences of men and women.
- Learn practical strategies to manage emotional and physical changes.
- Rediscover purpose and passion for the years ahead.
- Share experiences and connect with others going through similar journeys.
- Know more about the symptoms, signs, and myths (debunking the cliché view).
