About Tassi Tsirpouchtsidis
Tasso has been obsessed about personal development and self-improvement for the past 15+ years. He has been studying and learning about how our brain works with us or against us in our journeys of finding purpose, navigating change, and ultimately becoming better versions of ourselves. He has created a lot of content on social media about mindset, productivity, and goal setting and has run many workshops to train hundreds of Fortune-500 corporate leaders on how to improve their resilience and wellbeing to expand their capacity to handle stress and pressure. Next to mental toughness, Tasso is also obsessed with the role of physical health, i.e. exercise and nutrition, in improving quality of life and longevity. More recently, Tasso has embarked on a fitness journey to build muscle and lose fat in his 50s and has come across so many things he had never heard before, numerous insights and aha-moments, that he felt might be unknown to many people who struggle with weight management, as he did in the past.
