Workshop: Are you holding yourself back? A workshop on limiting beliefs
By Andy Whittle
Brussels: 14 December 2022
Limiting beliefs can keep you in a negative state of mind, hindering you from encountering new opportunities and life experiences, while wreaking havoc on your mental health. That's why it's so important not only to work on your self-awareness and self-esteem, but also to recognise your unconscious biases that do not serve you any more.
If you want to get a head start in the new year, with a better understanding of how you operate, and you'd like to learn some ways of getting past those self imposed blocks, come to this workshop.
You will leave the workshop with:
- A better understanding of what your limiting beliefs actually are.
- A way to challenge and reframe those beliefs.
- Some new beliefs in yourself.
- Bonus: A realisation that beliefs are not facts.
