Workshop: How to Create a Great Workshop

By Andy Whittle

Brussels: 8 May 2019

Running a workshop is an effective way to train a group or get people to do collaborative work. Putting together a workshop can be pretty scary though, especially if you have never done it before. There are so many things to think of. A logistical nightmare. Even if you have done it before, putting together a new one can be just as daunting.

Andy, a workshop expert, will take you through the steps involved in putting together a great workshop that will get you the results you want. Andy will take you through the 5 main blocks you need to think about:

  • Analysis
  • Planning/Creation (Main section)
  • Rehearsing
  • Execution
  • Evaluation

You will leave this workshop with a much better understanding of all the things you need to think of to make your workshop a success.
