Our current way of living disconnects us from our values, each other and our surroundings. In this workshop, Cass will lay out how our actions today define which future we create for ourselves and our children. Through a step-by-step guide, she will describe how we can begin to mend the disconnect of our modern day lifestyles and move towards a life that makes us happier and more fulfilled.
