Workshop: The Hidden Language Behind Human Behaviour
By Monica Dimitriu
Brussels, 24 June 2026
“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I may remember. Involve me and I learn.”
Why do some conversations flow effortlessly while others feel like walking through a minefield? Why do smart, well-intentioned people misunderstand each other so often?
In this highly interactive workshop, Monica Dimitriu invites you to explore the hidden language behind human behaviour. Drawing on the DISC framework, archetypal patterns, real-life communication scenarios, and practical conversation tools, you will discover how different personalities perceive the world, respond to pressure, seek connection, and create misunderstandings. without even realizing it.
Through reflection, discussion, and experiential exercises, you will learn how to decode behavioural patterns, adapt your communication style, and transform moments of tension into opportunities for understanding, connection, and collaboration.
In this workshop, you can expect to learn...
- How to recognize the four DISC communication styles and what motivates/scares each of them.
- How to identify common behavioural reactions that create misunderstanding, tension, or conflict.
- How to adapt communication approaches to build trust, connection, and cooperation.
- How to use practical conversation tools to navigate challenging interactions with greater confidence and impact.
You will will leave the workshop with fresh insights into human behaviour, a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and practical techniques you can immediately apply in your professional and personal lives. Because when we learn to read personalities, we stop reacting to behaviour and start understanding the person behind it.
