Workshop: Effective Cross-cultural Communication in the Workplace

By Tamara Makoni

Brussels: 9 November 2022

Culture is the invisible air we breathe and, as the saying goes, it eats strategy for breakfast. In today's globalised economy, understanding how different cultures communicate and knowing strategies to bridge cultural differences is vital to professional success. This workshop lifts the lid on cultural diversity, articulates the challenges of working in an international, cross-cultural environment, and enables you to improve your cross-cultural fluency in professional (and personal) situations.

You come away with:

  1. Understanding of what culture is and what it means to work cross-culturally.
  2. Awareness of your own professional culture.
  3. Tools and strategies to overcome challenges in cross-cultural situations.

Join us for 90 minutes of learning and cross-cultural exploration!
