Workshop: Dealing with High Conflict Personalities

By Georges Melides

Brussels: 25 October 2017

High-conflict people (HCPs) have a pattern of high-conflict behaviour that increases conflict rather than reducing or resolving it. This pattern usually happens over and over again in many different situations with many different people. The issue that seems in conflict at the time is not what is increasing the conflict. The high-conflict pattern of behaviour is actually the issue.

During this session we will explore the personalities of HCPs from the world of politics, entertainment, sports and business. We will look into their pasts, the conditions that have led to their current pattern of behaviour and the sometimes disastrous consequences that their actions have triggered.

About Georges

Georges is a certified practitioner in behavioural sciences and conflict management, intrinsically motivated in addressing the causes of conflict and trying to resolve and diffuse the consequences of this behavioral pattern that absorbs more than 12,5% of the world yearly GDP.
