Mindaugas GrajauskasWorkshop: Personal Discoveries and Insights with Points of You™

By Mindaugas Grajauskas

Brussels: 15 June 2016

What is this going to be about?

During this session, while working in pairs,  you will have chance to reflect on the things that really matter to you; to notice what is good in life and what areas of life should be improved. This will be a very individual experience for everyone. It is called a "qualitative PAUSE moment", which is very important for every person.

What's in it for the participants?

During the session you can take a PAUSE from this constantly running world’s demands. You can actually get time to reflect on what is going on in your life. With the help of the POINTS OF YOU™ tool, “The Coaching game” and a special method, this workshop will be very playful and interesting.

POINTS OF YOU™

POINTS OF YOU™ - creative tools for training and development. These tools allow us to find our inner, deeper insights about the aspects of our lives which are the most important at the moment. It allows us to discover what’s ‘under the surface’; to explore deeper within ourselves, our beliefs and our attitudes; and to find some reasons for our emotional and psychological state and focus to clear actions which we could take. By sharing different ideas and different points of views with other people, we can expand our personal perception and start seeing things from new angles.

These tools are based on photo therapy; with the method of free associations, inspiring stories and different techniques, we discover something about ourselves and others. We discover what we, most of the time, are missing in every day activities.
