9 November at 18h45 for an interactive, experimental workshop on:
Brain Frequencies, the Cornerstone of Selfcoaching

Selfcoaching® is based on the theoretical premise that our mental
activity increases when we encounter a stressful situation (e.g. too
little time, doubts, discussions,…) (= beta level). At that point,
we no longer have control of our thoughts and emotions or, consequently,
our actions. We see every problem 10 times worse than it actually is.
The art lies in functioning at a lower level of mental activity (=alpha
level). At this level we are able to control our thinking, feelings
and actions, as well as our memory, problem-solving ability etc.
In this workshop you will :
· Discover how
the alpha-level brain frequencies are key to a better performance.
· Find new insights
for a better quality of sleep.
· Catch a glimpse
of the guide to strengthen your self-control
You are invited to discover the impact of brain frequencies upon self-control
and stress management through an experimental flesh and blood live webinar
followed by a 30 minutes initiation exercise meant to experience and
apply a Selfcoaching ® technique to discover the alpha-level.
