You are warmly welcome to join us at the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 13 April at 18h45 for an interactive, experimental workshop on:

Sticky Learning
How to Turn Learning into New Ways of Doing in Organizations
By Graham Boyd and Monique Blokzyl

How often have you had a really good training, but were not able to use much of it back at your desk? In this workshop, we'll cover the key factors that help to transfer, or prevent people from transferring, what they've learnt into new ways of doing.

You are invited to experience this yourself in an interactive workshop that will end with a discussion on what you can do to change what's not working, and strengthen what is working - in order to make learning stick.

A special thanks to UBI for donating classroom space for us!
