Nobody doubts the importance of body language these days. It is commonly acknowledged that non-verbal communication makes up more than half of your overall communication. But what exactly do you mean when you think about body language? Which parts of your body are you thinking about, and could you possibly use them more consciously or in a different way?

If you would like to take a fresh look at your body and the way it influences your communication, in a fun way, then this workshop is for you.

Please note that taking off your shoes can enhance some of the things we will be doing. So bring along a good pair of socks
