the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 25 November at 18h45 for an interactive,
colourful and experimental workshop on:
Assert Yourself

HEELLOOO!!!!
What does "assertive" mean? Does it mean forceful, strong,
firm, compelling, direct, straightforward, bold or confident? Or all
these together?
Is an assertive person someone who knows how to say ‘no’
and set the boundaries;someone who is pushing her/his way; or someone
who dares to speak up? Or all these together?
Why is it worthwhile to be assertive?
At this workshop on assertiveness, Anna Hedrzak will provide answers
to these and other questions.
Come and test your level of assertiveness. Find out more about three
behavioural styles: assertive, passive and aggressive. Learn how to
‘reprogram’ yourself and get rid of the energy-draining
negative self-talk. Discover how to boost your self-confidence.
During the workshop we will also look at ways of expressing feelings
and the effects of tone of voice and body language.
Anna looks forward to hearing about your views and experiences at her
interactive workshop.
