You are warmly welcome to join us at the Imagination Club on Wednesday,
14 October at 18h45 for an interactive and experimental workshop on:
THE VALUE-DRIVEN CHANGE EXPERIENCE
A workshop by Kristin Verellen
An experimential, interactive workshop in which you are invited to discover:
- how values drive your perception and actions
- which values are your key motivators at this moment
- how they can evolve in time,
- how you can create a better fit between your own values and those
of your professional environment and team.
The philosophical framework behind this workshop is Spiral Dynamics of
Clare Graves.
You are invited to have your personal and/or team profile fine-tuned
after the workshop with a Value Management assessment.
With this workshop, you can expect to...
- have more insights into your value drivers, the strengths, pitch falls,
allergies and points for development that they bring
- learn how to act and interact, respecting your values and those of
others at your workplace
- learn how to make values unfold and evolve so that youcan live and
work more effectively in certain contexts.
