We are used to communicating with our mouths and our hands.

Most of the time we don't even consider what the rest of our body is saying. There is body language of course. But are we aware of what our bodies say to ourselves? How our physical attitudes influence our involvement? How our bodies open or close our minds? How our bodies influence others ?

This experimental workshop is about exploring the field of influence between your body, your mind and group dynamics. We'll examine how your body attitude and level of motion influences your creativity, your interaction with a group of people and your effect on the whole group energy.

During the session we will be doing more than thinking. The facilitator, Sigrid, has selected a series of exercises gathered from improvisation theatre, clowning and group facilitation techniques.

Her aim is that by living these exercises, you will gain a better insight on how comfortable you feel in a group and how your body attitude can be a tool in this. After the workshop, you might find out you are more empowered to be yourself in a group, thus freeing up your mind for engaging as you like, for making choices and for fruitful relationships.

In case you wonder :

• This is not a "classical"body language workshop
• this is not a physical workout
• This is not a lecture
• There is no stage fright to fear
