You are warmly welcome to join the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 25 March at 18h45 for an interactive workshop on: Neuro-Linguistic Programming in a NutshellWhat is NLP? Or Neuro-Linguistic Programming? NLP is a bit like an 'owners manual' for your brain! At school and college we learned wonderful things like history and geography and algebra but we did not learn much about how to feel good or how to have great relationships. That's where NLP comes in. NLP is a set of insights and skills with which you can actively use your mind and your emotions and your body to run your own life more successfully as well as to communicate with other people with 'extra-ordinary' effectiveness. The workshop aims to be a teaser about this vast and interesting subject. Facilitator Vishal Jodhani will share practical, useful examples such as "anchoring" - how to create positive states of mind; "building rapport" - very effective for healthy interpersonal relationships and understanding how much influence language actually has.
