You are warmly welcome to join the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 25 February at 18h45 for an interactive workshop on: Big TalkOne of the scariest things a person can do in life is to speak in public This workshop will help you to gain confidence speaking in public, whether it be a best man's (or woman's) speech, a toast to some friends, making a business presentation, speaking at a conference or running a workshop. Andy Whittle, the facilitator, will take you through the practicalities of getting organised, including trying out some relaxation and breathing techniques. You will learn the basics of effective speaking and will even get the chance to try out a short speech and get feedback too. A complementary workshop, Small Talk, will be given by Andy later in the year. It will focus on one-to-one communication.
