Workshop: When Things Go Wrong
Learn to handle it more and worry less25
By Lenka Grackova
Brussels: 25 April 2018
When things go wrong, you may feel bad. And you will want to feel better! So, you are looking for a solution. You keep thinking about it, evaluating options, maybe even trying different things. But what if nothing is working? What if there is no change happening? What if you feel totally stuck?
Then you know that things have really gone wrong and it is time to look at the situation from a different angle. You may look for advice, mentor or coach to help you.
But what if you could simply help yourself?
You can! In this workshop:
- You will learn basics of an 8 steps self-coaching process.
- You will understand how to take a step back and see your situation from a different angle.
- You will find out how to shift your focus and play with the situation rather than fight against it.
This workshop will give you insights how to handle more and worry less when things go wrong.
