Learn to handle it more and worry less25

By Lenka Grackova

Brussels: 25 April 2018

When things go wrong, you may feel bad. And you will want to feel better! So, you are looking for a solution. You keep thinking about it, evaluating options, maybe even trying different things. But what if nothing is working? What if there is no change happening? What if you feel totally stuck?

Then you know that things have really gone wrong and it is time to look at the situation from a different angle. You may look for advice, mentor or coach to help you.

But what if you could simply help yourself?

You can! In this workshop:

This workshop will give you insights how to handle more and worry less when things go wrong.

About Lenka Grackova

Lenka is a certified brain-based coach since 2014. She offers corporate training on adaptability to change and soft skills development. She helps people to bring the passion back in their personal and professional lives by making simple changes to their behaviour.

Lenka draws on brain-based coaching that uses the latest neuro-scientific insights to create new and positive patterns of behaviour. And she combines neuroscience with her own experience.

As a multiple career switcher from B2C marketing, logistics, B2B sales, tech start-up and a freelancer, she knows that no change can be for the better if you don't change with the change.

She holds a Master Degree in International Trade from the University of Economics in Prague and an MBA from Vlerick Management School.
