Workshop: Challenge Your Fears

By Andy Whittle

Brussels: 23 January 2019

Have you ever taken a good look at what drives you to do the things you do and also what stops you from doing things you don’t do, but could? It might be a little thing called Fear.

This workshop is all about the type of fear that stops us doing the things we would love to be doing. It is all about the type of fear that blocks us from being who we could be: the best version of ourselves.

What if you could change your thoughts about fear and just consider fear as simply an emotion, a feeling. It is not real. It can only affect us to the degree that we let it. What if you could break out of this comfort zone and make things happen?

Andy will take you through some exercises to do just this. So, don’t stay in your comfort zone, come and feel uncomfortable at the Imagination Club and change your world. Challenge your own (and others) limiting beliefs.
