Regardless of age, status, or job position, everyone struggles with confidence issues at one time or another. However, self-confidence is an essential asset in coping with everyday challenges and finding happiness. Lack of self-confidence is associated with negative feelings and one of them is “self-doubt” which makes it hard to make decisions, plan the future and fulfill potential.

In this workshop, Andreea invites you to look within and explore the factors that influence self-confidence. Also, you will practice how to train your mindset for developing more authentic confidence.

The proposed format is based on group discussions and some practical exercises that will help you to learn more about self-empowerment.

In this workshop, you can expect to learn about:

"I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence but it comes from within. It is there all the time." —Anna Freud
