You are warmly welcome to join us at the Imagination Club on Wednesday, 28 October at 18h45 for an interactive, colourful and experimental workshop on:

Explore the use of colour therapy for health and well-being
By Marcia O'Regan

So how are you feeling today? Do you find yourself tickled pink about something? Green with envy? Feeling blue or just off-colour?

The expression "showing your true colours" is not just a random term. Our colour choice can reveal much about our inner selves. Colours influence the way we think and feel, and more significantly the colours that attract us reveal much about our current health on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.

Colour Therapy dates back to 1500BC and is a subtle non-invasive therapy making use of the healing energy contained within the visible rays of colour. Colour therapy brings balance and harmony to the energy centres (chakras) of the body, promoting good health, on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Colour is also a universal language. Whenever you wear colour, you are communicating instantly how you feel about yourself.  Understand the colour meanings so you can monitor yourself and create more harmony and balance in your life by using the colours you need in the right proportion for health, happiness, well being and achieving your individual needs.

Behind every colour is an emotion and a message. The colours you wear communicate a message about you. Indeed, every colour expresses an emotion and a message. When you wear a particular colour you are communicating a particular message to the outer world. You are telling the world instantly how you feel about yourself and the world around you.
Lighten up with an evening on the power of colour. During this colour therapy evening, you will learn about the history and psychology of colour and how you can use colour to:

  • Influence the way you feel.
  • Influence how others respond to you.
  • Get your message across - what to wear when presenting, for an interview or for that first date.
  • Improve the image of your business.
  • Recharge your batteries at the end of the day with a colour.
